近日，中国证券监督管理委员会以证监公司字［2000］151号文件，核准山东晨鸣纸业集团股份有限公司发行不超过7000万股的人民币普通股。晨鸣纸业集团成为全国造纸行业首家同时拥有A、B股的上市公司。山东晨鸣纸业集团是我国民族造纸业的龙头企业，总资产35.8亿元，职工8000人。
Recently, China Securities Regulatory Commission approved Zheng Jian Gong Si Zi [2000] No. 151 Document and approved the issuance of RMB ordinary shares not exceeding 70 million shares by Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings Limited. Chenming Paper Group became the first in the country’s paper industry also has A, B shares of listed companies. Shandong Chenming Paper Group is the leading enterprise in China’s national papermaking industry with total assets of 3.58 billion yuan and 8000 employees.
