颈外动脉灌注紫杉醇治疗晚期淋巴结转移鼻咽癌临床疗效观察

目的:探讨颈外动脉灌注化疗对晚期淋巴结转移鼻咽癌的临床疗效。方法:将经临床检查、血清学检查和影像学检查后确诊为晚期淋巴结转移鼻咽癌的20例患者,应用紫杉醇行颈外动脉灌注化疗。结果:根据世界卫生组织(WHO)实体瘤测量标准和抗癌药物毒性反应分度标准进行评价,其中完全缓解(CR)8例(40%),部分缓解(PR)7例(35%),无变化(NC)5例(25%),进展0例,总有效率(CR+PR)为75%;1、3年累积生存率分别为90%(18/20)、50%(10/20),未见严重毒副反应。结论:颈外动脉灌注化疗为晚期淋巴结转移鼻咽癌安全、有效的治疗途径,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of external carotid artery infusion chemotherapy for advanced lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: Twenty patients diagnosed as advanced stage lymph node metastasis nasopharyngeal carcinoma after clinical examination, serological examination and imaging examination were treated with paclitaxel for external carotid artery infusion chemotherapy. Results: Eighty patients (40%) with complete remission (CR) and seven patients (35%) with partial remission (PR) were evaluated according to the World Health Organization (WHO) solid tumor measurement standard and the anticancer drug toxicity response standard. No change (NC) in 5 cases (25%), progression in 0 cases, the total effective rate (CR + PR) was 75%; 1,3 years cumulative survival rates were 90% (18/20), 50% 20), no serious side effects. Conclusion: External carotid artery infusion chemotherapy is a safe and effective treatment for advanced lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which is worthy of clinical application.
