该文改进并完善适合现场实验条件的生物富集动力学参数测定的静态动力学实验方法 ,同时提出比较完善的生物富集动力学模型。应用该模型实验测定 6种浮游植物对 2 -甲基萘的吸收速率常数 k1,释放速率常数 k2 和生物富集因子 BCF。实验表明 ,6种浮游植物对 2 -甲基萘的 BCF与浮游植物细胞比表面积之间有较好的 log- log相关性 ,进一步验证了浮游植物对有机污染物的生物富集与浮游植物的比表面积之间存在定量关系。
This paper improves and perfects the static kinetics experimental method for determining bio-enrichment kinetic parameters suitable for on-site experimental conditions, and proposes a relatively complete bio-enrichment kinetic model. The model was used to determine the absorption rate constant k1, release rate constant k2 and bioconcentration factor BCF of 6 kinds of phytoplankton to 2 - methylnaphthalene. Experiments show that there is a good log - log correlation between BCF of 2 - methylnaphthalene and the specific surface area of phytoplankton in 6 kinds of phytoplankton, further verifying the phytoplankton ’s bioaccumulation to phytoplankton There is a quantitative relationship between specific surface area.
