[目的 /意义]分析用户对于高校图书馆创客空间的需求和偏好,为我国高校图书馆开展创客空间服务提供实践依据,并提高服务的针对性和有效性。[方法 /过程]以问卷调查和统计分析相结合的方法,通过调查指标的设计,详细分析用户对于“高校图书馆式”创客空间的需求及偏好。并以用户需求为视角,以实体平台、虚拟平台和创客项目为主体范畴构建高校图书馆创客空间服务模型。[结果 /结论]构建创客空间是新形势下高校图书馆创新服务功能和角色重塑的重要契机,要在了解用户诉求的基础上,遵循创客空间服务模型做出符合用户需求的最优决策。
[Purpose / Significance] Analyze users’ needs and preferences for creating a guest room in a university library, provide a practical basis for carrying out a guest-guest space service in a university library, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the service. [Method / Process] By means of a combination of questionnaires and statistical analysis, the author analyzes the user’s needs and preferences for “college library type” and “maker style” space through the design of survey indicators. And from the perspective of user ’s needs, this paper constructs the service model of customer base of university library based on the physical platform, virtual platform and guest project. [Results / Conclusion] Establishing Maker-visitor Space is an important opportunity for the innovation service function and role remolding of university library under the new situation. Based on understanding the user’s appeal, following the customer-service model of creating a customer space, decision making.
