新课改转变了教师的教学理念与教学观念,让教师在实践当中感知到了新课改的必要性与正确性。在新课改的形势下,语文老师要主动地去学习与接纳新理论、新思想、新方法,用这一理论知识去引导自身的实践活动,有利于学生思维的发展与教师教学水平的提高。
