利用高温及干燥在播种前处理种子,对于提高种子的吸水力、发芽率和产量效果很显著。本试验是研究南瓜种子干热处理对其生长发育的影响。 试验材料为睢县狗伸腰晚熟南瓜。试验分30℃、40℃、50℃、60℃四个处理,在温箱内处理种子四小时后,即进行浸种催芽,然后直播大田。每种处理均为100粒,重复两次。共经两年。试验结果如下: 一、对种子萌发的影响 南瓜种子干热处理对其萌发有较明显的促进作用。两年试验结果表明:干热处理的种子发芽率、发芽势均较对照高(表1)。
