文章主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等,对长春市高校武术选项课的教学、师资、设施等状况进行了深入调查。调查结果显示:长春市高校大学生对武术选项课的参与度和积极性不高,教学师资困乏、场馆设施陈旧、教学手段单一是影响与制约高校武术选项课发展的主要因素;建议加强高校武术选项课硬件配套设施的投入,加强在职武术教师的研修培训工作,引进校外专业武术名师进行授课等措施,从而改进长春市高校武术选项课发展中所存在的主要问题,从而推动高校武术选项课的科学化发展。
The article mainly investigates the teaching, teachers and facilities of martial arts elective courses in colleges and universities in Changchun by using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and mathematical statistics. The survey results show that college students in Changchun have a low degree of participation and enthusiasm in Wushu elective classes, lack of teaching staff, obsolete facilities and single means of teaching are the main factors that influence and restrict the development of Wushu elective classes in colleges and universities.
