文章采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法对高职院校开设太极推手课程的可行性进行了探讨与分析。研究认为在高职院校已经具有开设太极推手课程的软硬件条件,同时开设太极推手课程不仅有利于太极拳及太极推手运动的推广与发展,有利于弘扬民族传统文化,同时还可以丰富师生课外锻炼项目,有利于学生终身体育习惯的形成。
In this paper, the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and other research methods are used to discuss and analyze the feasibility of offering taiji push hands courses in higher vocational colleges. The research indicates that the conditions of hardware and software for setting up Taiji push hands course in vocational colleges are already in existence. At the same time, setting up Taiji Push hands course is not only conducive to the popularization and development of Taijiquan and Taiji push hand movements, but also to promote the traditional culture of our nation while enriching teachers and students Extra-curricular exercises are conducive to the formation of lifelong physical habits of students.
