研究了水平连铸结晶器内金属液的流动状态对热交换过程和凝固过程的影响。在此基础上,首次提出了“拉—停”拉坯方式作用机理的一种新解释。文章认为这种拉坯方式的一个很重要的作用在于结晶扰动以改变金属的流动状态,从而达到提高铸造速度、改善铸坯质量的目的。
The effects of flow conditions of liquid metal in horizontal continuous casting mold on heat exchange process and solidification process were studied. On this basis, for the first time, a new explanation for the mechanism of “pull-stop” casting mode is put forward. The article thinks that a very important role of this kind of drawing method is that the crystal perturbation changes the flowing state of the metal so as to improve the casting speed and improve the quality of the slab.
