思想政治课堂教学要打破那种“教师满堂讲,学生被动听”的传统“填鸭式”教学,主张由教师“讲”为主向学生“学”为主转变,充分发挥学生的学习主体作用。但这并不意味着教师在课堂教学中的淡出,反而是对教师的“讲”——主导作用,提出更高的要求。那么,在课堂上教师讲什么、怎样讲呢?2015年,我们有幸听到长春市名师张老师和广州市名师林老师的两节“色彩斑斓的文化”同课异构课,感慨良多,愿与大家共享。一、展示:各美其美,美人之美
