变频调速技术的应用是近年来电力传动系统中的一场革命,它能使用电设备电控性能和节能水平有较大幅度的提高。 山西省地方煤矿有5 000多座,大部分煤矿在建矿时所选购的通风设备及电机容量都比较大,为后续生产发展留有余量。但大量的生产场合由于功率需求始终处于变动状态(大部分为“大马拉小车”现象),因此在定速拖动方式下,无法进行拖动功率与实际功率需求的匹配平衡,在低功率需求情况下就导致大量的电动机处于轻载运行,煤矿主通风机平均效率仅达60%,运行率不到50%,比国外水平低15个百分点,电能利用率低,浪费严重。因此在矿井主通风机的拖动系统上实施变频调速可产生良好的经济效益。
The application of VVVF technology is a revolution in the electric drive system in recent years. It can greatly improve the electronic control performance and energy saving level of electric equipment. There are more than 5,000 local coal mines in Shanxi Province. Most of the coal mines have large capacity of ventilation equipment and motors purchased at the time of mine construction, leaving a surplus for subsequent production and development. However, in a large number of production occasions, the demand for power is always in a state of change (mostly the phenomenon of “big horse-drawn car”). Therefore, under a fixed speed driving mode, the matching of the drag power and the actual power requirement can not be balanced. Under the circumstance of demand, a large number of electric motors are under light-load operation. The average efficiency of main mine ventilators is only 60%, the operation rate is less than 50%, 15% lower than that of foreign countries, and the utilization rate of electric energy is low and the waste is serious. Therefore, the main fan in the mine drag system implementation of frequency control can produce good economic benefits.
