目的建立毛细管电泳测定拳参中没食子酸的方法。检测紫红色和棕红色两种商品拳参饮片中没食子酸的含量是否有差异。方法采用高效毛细管电泳法,缓冲液为pH 9.0的20 mmol·L~(-1)硼砂缓冲溶液;运行电压为20 kV;检测波长为290 nm;进样压力5 kPa,进样时间10 s;运行温度为室温。结果整个分析过程在6 min内完成。湖北、山东、河北3个产地7个批次的拳参饮片中,紫红色拳参饮片没食子酸的含量:湖北2.70%,山东12.08%、7.79%,河北2.01%、5.78%、6.97%、4.22%;棕红色拳参饮片中没食子酸的含量:湖北1.35%,山东1.81%、2.94%,河北1.87%、3.42%、0.44%、1.52%。结论该方法简单,经济,快速,可以为拳参质量控制提供依据。同时,紫红色拳参饮片中没食子酸的含量高于棕红色饮片。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of gallic acid in fistula by capillary electrophoresis. Detection of magenta and red two kinds of goods Pseudostellaria in gallic acid content is there any difference. Methods High performance capillary electrophoresis was used. The buffer was 20 mmol·L -1 borax buffer solution with pH 9.0. The operating voltage was 20 kV. The detection wavelength was 290 nm. The injection pressure was 5 kPa and the injection time was 10 s. Operating temperature is room temperature. Results The entire analysis was completed in 6 minutes. Hubei, Shandong, Hebei, three batches of origin forage ginseng slices, purple red ginseng slices gallic acid content: Hubei 2.70%, Shandong 12.08%, 7.79%, Hebei 2.01%, 5.78%, 6.97%, 4.22 %. The content of gallic acid in reddish red boxing slices is 1.35% in Hubei, 1.81% in Shandong and 2.94% in Hebei, 1.87% in Hebei, 3.42% in 0.44% and 1.52% in Hebei. Conclusion The method is simple, economical and rapid, which can provide the basis for quality control of Fist. At the same time, the content of gallic acid in the purple red ginseng slices is higher than that of the brown red slices.
