为了研究紫花苜蓿干草田间调制过程中养分的变化规律,试验采用压扁和未压二种处理,在田间自然干燥条件下,分别在刈割后和含水量为50%、40%、30%、20%时进行取样分析。结果表明:压扁处理对紫花苜蓿粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量的影响不显著(P>0.05),在干燥过程中,其粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量随水分的降低而显著降低(P<0.05);粗灰分含量基本保持稳定;压扁处理显著降低了苜蓿干草中的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维的含量(P<0.05),随着干燥过程中水分含量的降低,中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量显著升高。说明压扁处理能改善紫花苜蓿干草的营养品质。
In order to study the change law of the nutrient in alfalfa hay during the field modulation process, two treatments of flattening and no pressure were applied. Under natural drying conditions in the field, the moisture content of alfalfa hay was 50%, 40%, 30% 20% when sampling analysis. The results showed that the effects of crushed flattening on the crude protein and crude fat content of Medicago sativa were not significant (P> 0.05). During the drying process, the crude protein and crude fat content decreased significantly with the decrease of water content (P <0.05). The content of crude ash remained basically stable. The flattening treatment significantly reduced the content of neutral detergent fiber and acidic detergent fiber in alfalfa hay (P <0.05). With the decrease of moisture content in the drying process, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent Fiber content increased significantly. It shows that the flattening treatment can improve the nutritional quality of alfalfa hay.
