笔者用注洗法治疗新生儿泪囊炎,其法与贵刊1993年1期“新生儿泪囊炎的治疗”一文中的冲洗法有异,但疗效佳,现介绍给同道参考。一、方法:①清洁泪囊,待脓性分泌物消失后手术。肌注氯胺酮麻醉,部分家长有顾虑则用0.5%地卡因表麻并给镇静剂。②患儿侧卧,治疗眼在上,助手固定好头部。注洗液为稀释的庆大霉素针剂。③注洗针头自上泪点插入顺上泪小管前进至泪囊内侧骨壁,然后向下旋转90°并略下推,使针头达泪囊腔下部。轻轻推拉,证实不是假道则注洗。冲开阻塞时常有落空感,患儿可有吞咽动作,便立即停止。旋下针管,换上盛有消毒甘油的针管推注少许,去针。二、效果:1987年初至1992年底共治疗21例
