我科自91年8月～92年11月,应用蝮蛇抗栓酶静脉点滴治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞4例,取得较满意疗效,现报告如下。本组4例中,男3例,女1例,最小年龄42岁,最大年龄70岁。从发病开始到接受治疗时间最短3小时,最长7天,均为单眼发病。治疗方法,应用蝮蛇抗栓酶[浙卫药准字(87)1525—1号]每支含量0.25单位,用药前作皮内过敏试验,阴性者用0.5～0.75单位加入生理盐水250ml 中静脉点滴,每日1次,连续用药15～20天,滴速控制在40滴/分以内。同时肌注维生素B_1和维生素B_12,口服维生素C 和三磷酸
