男性非甾体避孕药是抗生育药物研究的重要方向之一。近年来随着对精子支持细胞、精子顶体酶、精子离子通道等抗生育药物重要靶点研究的不断深入,基于这些新靶标的非甾体抗生育化合物研究取得了显著进展。其中一些小分子顶体酶抑制剂、男性避孕复合物的临床前研究与临床研究值得深入研究。本文就近年来非甾体小分子抗生育化合物研究现状进行了系统综述。这些研究为设计新型男性非甾体抗生育药物提供了参考。
Male non-steroidal contraceptives is one of the important directions of anti-fertility drug research. In recent years, with the research of sperm supporting cells, sperm acrosin, sperm ion channels and other important anti-fertility drug targets continue to deepen, based on these new targets of non-steroidal anti-fertility compounds made significant progress. Some of these small molecule acrosin inhibitors, preclinical and clinical studies of male contraceptive complexes deserve further study. In this paper, the current status of non-steroidal small molecule anti-fertility compounds are reviewed systematically. These studies provide a reference for the design of new male non-steroidal anti-fertility drugs.
