随着我国高等教育课程的不断改革,高校翻译课堂中对于教师的课堂管理能力的要求也越来越高,课堂是学生英语学习的主要环境,教师教学能力中课堂管理占有重要地位,课堂教学效率及学生接受知识的效率与教师的课堂管理能力相关。新一轮的高等教育课程改革关键在于现行课程理念与课堂管理的转化上。本文首先阐述了整合型翻译课堂中加强课堂管理的重要意义,在此基础上对整合型翻译课堂教师管理出现的问题,并对如何加强教师课堂教学管理能力方面提出有针对性的对策。
With the continuous reform of the higher education curriculum in our country, the requirements for the teacher’s classroom management ability in the college translation classroom are also getting higher and higher. The classroom is the main environment for students ’English learning. The classroom management plays an important role in the teachers’ teaching ability. The classroom teaching efficiency And the efficiency of students in receiving knowledge is related to the teacher’s classroom management skills. The key to the new round of higher education curriculum reform lies in the transformation of the current curriculum concept and classroom management. This article first elaborates the significance of strengthening classroom management in integrated translation classroom, and on this basis puts forward some countermeasures to the problems that integrated classroom translation teacher manages and how to strengthen teacher classroom teaching management ability.
