笔者采用自编问卷调查了安徽师范大学297名在读硕士研究生,了解到:在二级学院管理下,研究生党支部结构健全,日常管理基本正常;党员参加支部活动总体正常,但少数人处于游离状态;研究生对二级学院党建工作评价尚可,但期待有所改进。文章认为:当前完善研究生党建工作要以理论学习为抓手,强化研究生党员的意识;要以研究生的特质为切入点,强化党建工作的针对性;要以多方协力为机制,强化研究生党建的效果。
