传统教学中,教师把自己当做蜡烛,燃烧自己,希望能照亮别人,可结果是教师工作辛苦,学生学习积极性不高。“生本教育”中,教师变成一个点燃学生激情、激发学生潜能的打火机,让学生自己发光发热,教师教学轻松,学生快乐学习、主动学习,并且教学效果良好。生本教育的关键是“三个转变”“四个突出”。其中,三个转变是实施“生本教育”的前提条件,四个突出是实施“生本教育”的关键因素。
In traditional teaching, teachers regard themselves as candles and burn themselves, hoping to illuminate others. The result is that teachers work hard and students are not enthusiastic about learning. “Student education ”, the teacher into a ignite students passion to stimulate student potential lighters, let the students themselves glowing, teachers teaching easy, students happy to learn, take the initiative to learn, and the teaching effect is good.
