目的:观察中药养阴滋肾汤联合地巴唑、低分子右旋糖苷、Vi t B12治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:将符合病例入选标准的116例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各58例。2组均给予地巴唑、右旋糖苷、Vi t B12等解痉、扩张血管及营养神经的药物。地巴唑片20 mg/次,3次/d,口服;低分子右旋糖苷250 mL,静脉滴注,1次/d;Vi t B120.5 mg,肌肉注射,1次/d。观察组同时服用养阴滋肾汤,1剂/d。2组均以10天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后评价疗效。结果:总有效率、痊愈率观察组为94.83%、51.72%,对照组为82.76%、37.93%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效优劣与患者病程的长短有密切相关性,病程越短临床疗效越好,其中病程在1个月以内者临床疗效优于病程在1～3个月、3～6个月及6个月以上者(P<0.05)。结论:养阴滋肾汤联合地巴唑、低分子右旋糖苷、Vi t B12治疗神经性耳鸣临床疗效显著,且疗效与病程有相关性。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Yangyinzishen Decoction combined with ditazole, low molecular weight dextran and Vi t B12 in the treatment of neurological tinnitus. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six patients eligible for inclusion were randomly divided into observation group (n = 58) and control group (n = 58). 2 groups were given to the barbazole, dextran, Vi t B12 antispasmodic, dilation of blood vessels and nutritional nerves drugs. Dextromethorphan tablets 20 mg / time, 3 times / d, oral; low molecular weight dextran 250 mL, intravenous infusion, 1 / d; Vi t B120.5 mg, intramuscular injection, 1 / d. Observation group taking Yin nourishing kidney soup at the same time, 1 / d. 2 groups were 10 days for a course of treatment, evaluation of 2 courses of treatment efficacy. Results: The total effective rate and cure rate were 94.83% and 51.72% in the observation group and 82.76% and 37.93% in the control group, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The clinical efficacy and duration (P <0.05), the shorter the duration of the disease is, the better the clinical efficacy is, and the clinical efficacy within 1 month is better than that of the patients with disease duration of 1-3 months, 3-6 months and 6 months ). Conclusion: Yangyinzishen Decoction combined with ditazole, low molecular weight dextran, Vi t B12 treatment of neurological tinnitus clinical efficacy was significant, and the efficacy and duration of a correlation.
