职业生涯规划工作与大学生思想政治工作都属于高校工作中的关键内容和核心环节。以大学生职业生涯规划工作作为载体更好的开展高校思想政治工作,从而让高校思政教育的目标更加明确,让思政教育工作的方法与内容更加科学,更加能够联系到学生学习生活就业的实际情况,提高高校思想政治工作的针对性、科学性和时效性。本文分析了当前独立学院学生思想政治工作的现状,并探讨了在职业生涯规划视角下对高校思想政治工作提出的新要求,最后分析了如何将二者有机的融合起来,从而促进学生的全面发展。
