Dongfang Steam Turbine Plant is a key backbone enterprise for the development of steam turbines for large-scale power stations in China. It is one of the three bases for the national power generation equipment manufacturing and occupies a pivotal position in the national economic construction. Since the 1980s, the Dongfang Turbine Factory has always adhered to the principle of “two civilizations grasping together, two achievements together,” “grasping both hands and using both hands hard” and promoted the comprehensive development of factory construction and deepened reform.
