温经信发[2011]95号为进一步推进我市企业管理创新,引导和鼓励企业提升精细化管理水平,帮助企业实现以管理降成本、增效益、强实力、促转型,夯实企业发展的基础,不断增强企业综合竞争力和可持续发展能力,根据省经信委企业精细化管理“5111”工程的目标和我市产业转型升级工作的要求,结合温州企业实际,决定在我市开展企业精细化管理试点工作,具体试点工作方案如下:
