平面曲轴的V型8缸发动机最突出的问题是二阶往复惯性力不平衡,在对8V发动机进行总体设计时考虑了这个问题,采用了比较完善的两轴平衡方案,但发动机振动仍然很剧烈,因此从理论上对倾覆力矩的性质、数值、平衡方法、平衡条件等进行了分析,设计了相应的平衡机构,通过对8V190柴油机的整机振动测试,验证了所采用的平衡分析方法及平衡机构设计方案是正确的,使本来平衡性很差,振动剧烈的8V机获得了平稳的运行性能,解决了平面曲轴8V发动机的振动问题。
