1988年4月1日至5日,四川省档案局在攀枝花市召开了市、地、州档案局长会议。这是一次以改革为主题的档案工作研讨会。会议本着以改革总揽全局的精神,就今后一个时期四川档案工作的基本指导思想和工作重点,强化各级档案管理机构职能,提高档案馆工作水平,实现档案管理现代化,推进档案专业职称改革,以及加强档案学术研究等问题进行了广泛深入的讨论。
