高速公路交通事故是指在高速公路下坡、急转弯、临沟、临崖等特殊的交通环境影响下,人、交通工具、道路众多因素配合失调而发生的伤亡事故。高速公路由于地形地貌多变且复杂,事故频发,为了针对交通事故提出预防的对策,笔者将从高速公路的人、交通工具、道路等因素的角度分析交通事故频发的成因,并提出相应的对策,以形成高速公路事故防火墙,保证高速公路的交通安全。
Highway traffic accidents refer to casualties that occur due to imbalance of many factors such as people, vehicles and roads under the influence of special traffic environment such as downhill, sharp turns, temporary ditch and temporary cliffs of expressways.
