This article reports the role of the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor captopril in increasing coronary artery disease in patients with isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN) alone. Study of 14 patients with coronary artery disease with stable angina patients, aged 45 to 62 years, mean 53 years.
