某发电厂磨煤机在磨辊轴承更新后,轴承在短时间内发生了点蚀,磨损严重而造成损坏。通过受力分析找到了造成轴承损坏的原因,主要是轴承承受的轴向力影响轴承的使用寿命。重新选择轴承后改变了轴向力的影响,提高了轴承的Cr值,延长了使用寿命。
