目的:探讨白细胞介素4受体(interleukin-4 receptor,IL-4R)基因多态性与青岛地区汉族成人哮喘患者大鱼际掌纹特应征的相关性。方法:引入计算机识别系统,实现大鱼际掌纹特应征客观量化分级,应用SNaPshot方法对400例哮喘患者和200名正常对照的IL-4R基因的rs1805012、rs1801275和rs1805010共3个多态位点的基因多态性进行检测。结果:哮喘组大鱼际掌纹特应征阳性比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=163.459,P<0.001)。对于rs1805010,假设为Log-additive模型时,掌纹阴性组等位基因A的频率高于掌纹阳性组,差异有统计学意义(OR=0.76,95%CI:0.59~0.98,P<0.05)。以掌纹分层,仅在大鱼际掌纹阴性分层中,对于rs1805012,相对于TT基因型,对照组CT基因型频率高于哮喘组,差异有统计学意义(OR=0.33,95%CI:0.13~0.81,P<0.05)。结论:大鱼际掌纹特应征和青岛地区汉族成人哮喘之间具有显著相关性,但IL-4R基因的rs1805012、rs1801275和rs1805010这3个多态位点与大鱼际掌纹特应征阳性没有相关性。
Objective: To investigate the association of interleukin-4 receptor (IL-4R) gene polymorphism with the palpation of palpation in large-scale human atherosclerosis in adults of Han nationality in Qingdao. Methods: The computer-based identification system was introduced to realize the objective quantification and grading of palmar pattern in large interamenter. SNaPshot method was used to detect polymorphisms of rs1805012, rs1801275 and rs1805010 in 400 asthma patients and 200 normal controls The genetic polymorphism was detected. Results: The positive rate of palmprint sign in large interamenter of asthma group was significantly higher than that of control group (χ2 = 163.459, P <0.001). For rs1805010, the frequency of allele A in the palmprint negative group was higher than that in the palmprint positive group in the log-additive model (OR = 0.76, 95% CI: 0.59-0.98, P <0.05) . In the palpation pattern, CT genotype frequencies of the control group were higher than those of the asthma group only for RS1805012 and TT genotypes (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (OR = 0.33, 95% CI: 0.13-0.81, P <0.05). CONCLUSION: There is a significant correlation between the palpation of major melasps and asthma in adults of Han nationality in Qingdao. However, there are no significant differences between the three polymorphic loci of IL-4R rs1805012, rs1801275 and rs1805010 Correlation.
