华北农业科学研究所在1953年组织了大批科学技术人员到河北、山西两省农村中,从深入生产过程,长期系统地了解实际情况入手,然后发现问题,进行调查研究。我们经过在山西省农村中八个月的工作,共同得出了一个结论:农业科学工作者必须熟习生产情况,因此,在目前的情况下,必须经常紧密联系生产,深入生产过程,注意其发展变化,这是农业科学工作的正确方向。
North China Institute of Agricultural Sciences in 1953 organized a large number of scientific and technical personnel to Hebei and Shanxi provinces in rural areas, from in-depth production process, a long-term systematic understanding of the actual situation to start, and then identify problems and conduct research.
