通过建立及求解直流锅炉启动过程中工质侧、烟气侧及金属蓄热所遵循的数学模型,开发了能够模拟计算配有不同型式锅炉启动系统的直流锅炉由点火至负荷达35%锅炉最大连续蒸发量这一过程的计算机程序OTBSP.该程序能够优化锅炉启动系统设计及为运行人员提供最佳启动曲线.以石洞口第二电厂2号机组1993年7月6日的冷态启动为算例,全面比较了锅炉主要参数的程序OTBSP计算值与电厂测量值,结果表明二者相当一致,该程序是正确可靠的.
By establishing and solving the mathematical model followed by heat storage side, flue gas side and metal heat storage during the start-up of the once-through boiler, a direct-fired boiler capable of simulating the start-up system with different types of boilers has been developed to ignite to a maximum load of 35% Continuous evaporation of this process computer program OTBSP. This program optimizes the boiler startup system design and provides the best start-up curve for the operator. Taking the cold start of Unit 2 of Shidongkou No.2 Power Plant Unit 2 on July 6, 1993 as an example, the calculated values of the program OTBSP and the power plant measurements of the main parameters of the boiler are compared in an all-round way. The results show that the two are quite consistent and the procedure is correct reliable.
