A ban on and monitoring of the threat of the mass destruction of weapons of mass destruction and the threat to the use of nuclear weapons are continuing to poison the international climate. Outstanding scientists, prominent members of society and religious leaders from all over the world are increasingly fiercely protesting against the manufacture of weapons of mass destruction. We support the cut-off movement launched by States in launching public protests of such weapons and bringing their full realization to their influence. Asian countries have called for nuclear weapons, bacteriological and chemical weapons to be banned. We demand universal disarmament, a ban on and an immediate cessation of the tests of nuclear weapons. We demand that the existing stockpiles be destroyed and the same materials be used for constructive and peaceful development.
