本文研究了根区施用巴丹类及呋喃丹杀虫剂在水稻植株中的吸收、运转、代谢以及对水稻三化螟、稻飞虱的药效。结果表明,呋喃丹在施药后15天的吸收量为最高,易卫杀在施药后26天为最高。吸收量的茎、叶比结果表明,呋喃丹为4.56~8.96,而易卫杀一般只有1.29~3.75,说明呋喃丹很少滞留在茎中,易卫杀在茎中有一定的滞留量。从自显影照片看出呋喃丹在水稻老叶叶尖有集中积累并从叶尖气孔蒸发外逸现象,易卫杀则在茎部与新叶中有一定的积累。较均勻地分布于植株中。水稻植株在施用呋喃丹后36小时即可检出代谢物3—酮呋喃丹,3—酮呋喃丹酚,3—羟呋喃丹;初步认为呋喃丹酚可能不是植株的代谢产物而是土壤降解产物为植株所吸收。 试验结果指出,呋喃丹、易卫杀都是很好的根区施药内吸剂。由于吸收,运转,代谢的差异,巴丹类药剂对三化螟的残效期比呋喃丹长,而呋喃丹对稻飞虱的药效却比巴丹类药剂好。本文推荐了杀虫双应用于防治水稻害虫。
In this paper, the effects of root-zone application of Badan and carbofuran insecticides on the uptake, turnover and metabolism of rice plants and their effects on rice stem borer, rice planthopper and rice planthopper were studied. It is preliminarily believed that the carbofuran may not be the metabolite of the plant but the soil degradation product Absorbed by the plants. Test results indicate that carbofuran, Yi Wei kill are good root zone drug inhalant. Due to the difference of absorption, operation and metabolism, the residual drug efficacy of Bardan on the rice stem borer is longer than that of the carbofuran, but the effect of carbofuran on the planthopper is better than that of the Bardan. This article recommends a double insecticide for pest control.
