主任、各位副主任、秘书长、各位委员:受市人民政府委托,向市人大常委会报告本市贯彻实施历史文化名城保护条例工作情况。《北京历史文化名城保护条例》(以下简称《条例》)于2005年3月25日经市第十二届人大常委会第十九次会议通过,于2005年5月1日起正式实施。作为我市历史文化名城保护的第一部地方性法规,《条例》涵盖了保护内容、保护规划、保护措施及法律责任等方面的内容。在全市各相关部门的共同努力下,《条例》实施10年来,对于促进本市历史文化名城保护、维护历史文化
Directors, Vice Presidents, Secretary General and Members: Commissioned by the Municipal People’s Government and reported to the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee on the implementation of the regulations on the protection of historical and cultural cities. The “Regulations for the Protection of Beijing Historical and Cultural Cities” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) were passed by the 19th Session of the 12th NPC Standing Committee on March 25, 2005 and were officially implemented on May 1, 2005. As the first local laws and regulations for the protection of historical and cultural cities in our city, the “Regulations” cover the contents of protection, protection planning, protection measures and legal responsibilities. With the concerted efforts of all relevant departments in the city, the “Ordinance” was implemented in the past 10 years to promote the protection of historical and cultural cities in this Municipality and to preserve the history and culture
