随着修改后的《人口与计划生育法》于2016年1月1日正式实施,全国各地关于全面放开二孩的配套法规政策也陆续修订出台或正在修订中。其中,女职工最为关心的产假(又叫生育假)问题,各省市修订后的计划生育条例规定不尽相同,如山西、安徽、江西、山东、四川、宁夏六省份的产假为158天,福建产假最短158天最长可休180天。由于牵涉到女职工的休息休假、劳动报酬等多项切身权益,法官特别提醒用人单位和女职工注意以下事项,避免产生相应的劳动纠纷:
