武汉市人民政府文件武政规[2013]19号各区人民政府,市人民政府各部门:经研究,现将《武汉市湿地自然保护区生态补偿暂行办法》印发给你们,请遵照执行。2013年10月16日武汉市湿地自然保护区生态补偿暂行办法第一条为有效保护我市湿地资源,维护湿地生态系统安全,提高生态保护意识,实现人与自然和谐共处,根据《武汉市湿地自然保护区条例》有关规定,结合本市实际,制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于本市行政区域内湿地自然保护区生态补偿。
