单一或复合稀土氧化物,在硅酸盐玻璃和陶瓷釉体中的应用研究,已有几十年的历史;而较大量地实用于工业生产,是在本世纪七十年代初开始的。稀土元素,不仅可增加陶瓷釉体的色彩,机械强度,耐酸、碱和热冲击的能力,而且还能改善釉层的润湿能力和减少釉层的热扩散等工艺特性。近年来,稀土在玻璃和陶瓷釉体中的应用研究,深受人们的重视。含稀土釉体的光敏特性,由于其具有一定的经济价值和发展潜力,其工艺和技术,现阶段,国内外均处于保密状态,文献中只有零星的报导。本文着重介绍有关稀土色釉的组成及其色彩,并探讨稀土元素在陶瓷釉体中的光敏特性。由于稀土元素在玻璃和陶瓷釉体中的颜色和光敏特性有着密切联系,文中有时将一并讨论。
Single or composite rare earth oxides, silicate glass and ceramic enamel in the application of research, has several decades of history; and more substantial practical use in industrial production, is the beginning of the seventies of this century. Rare earth elements, not only can increase the color of ceramic enamel, mechanical strength, acid, alkali and thermal shock ability, but also to improve the wetting ability of the glaze layer and reduce the glaze layer thermal diffusion and other process characteristics. In recent years, rare earths in the glass and ceramic enamel research, by the people’s attention. Because of its economic value and development potential, its light-sensitive property of rare earth-containing enamel has been confidential both at home and abroad at present and only sporadically reported in the literature. This article focuses on the composition and color of rare earth colored glaze, and discusses the photosensitive properties of rare earth elements in ceramic enamel. Due to the close relationship between the color and the photosensitive properties of rare earth elements in glass and ceramic enamel, the article will sometimes be discussed together.
