目的:对应用两种不同胰岛素对患有糖尿病的老年患者实施治疗的临床效果和相关注意事项进行研究。方法:选择2012年9月-2014年9月在大渡口区人民医院就诊的患有糖尿病的老年患者92例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。采用人胰岛素对对照组患者实施治疗;采用赖脯胰岛素对观察组患者实施治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者糖尿病治疗计划实施总时间(49.23±10.05)d明显短于对照组(64.78±15.49)d;糖尿病治疗有效率91.3%明显优于对照组71.8%,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用赖脯胰岛素对患有糖尿病的老年患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical effects and related precautions of using two different kinds of insulin in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: Seventy-two elderly patients with diabetes who were treated in Dadukou People’s Hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with human insulin. The patients in the observation group were treated with insulin lispro, and the therapeutic effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The total duration of diabetes treatment in the observation group (49.23 ± 10.05) d was significantly shorter than that in the control group (64.78 ± 15.49) d, and the effective rate of diabetes treatment was 91.3%, significantly higher than that of the control group (71.8%). Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of insulin lispro on elderly patients with diabetes is very obvious.
