公安教育应当服从服务于公安工作的需要,从而推动公安工作的不断发展。进行公安教育改革的最终目的,就是希望通过改革为各级公安机关源源不断地输送数量充足、素质过硬的公安人才。本文对公安教育改革的有关内容及其对公安人力资源获取的数量和质量方面的影响进行粗略的研究,以期公安教育改革能够对公安人力资源的获取产生积极的影响,从而保证公安工作不断向前发展。
Public security education should obey the needs of serving the public security work so as to promote the continuous development of public security work. The ultimate goal of public security education reform is to hopefully deliver a steady stream of public security personnel of adequate quality and excellent quality to the public security organs at all levels through the reform.
