5月20日,中国棉纺织行业协会在安徽安庆召开棉纺织行业“高征低扣”及棉花配额改革建议研讨会,中国棉纺织行业协会朱北娜会长、安徽省国税局有关部门领导和来自行业内骨干企业的代表出席了会议。会议主要主要围绕着探讨当前在安徽省试行的“高征低扣”改革政策对企业经营的影响等等议题进行探讨。会上,通过深入探讨交流,与会代表一致认为,安徽试行“高征低扣”
On May 20, the China Cotton Textile Industry Association held an seminar on “High-levy and Low-cost” and proposals on cotton quota reform in Anqing, Anhui Province. The president of China Cotton Textile Association Zhu Beina and leaders from relevant departments of Anhui Provincial Internal Revenue Service Representatives from key enterprises in the industry attended the meeting. The conference mainly discussed the issues such as the impact of the “high levy and low buckle” reform policies on the operation of enterprises in the pilot projects in Anhui Province.
