打造百万平方米以上的“大盘”无异于在平地上兴建一座新的小城市,而京城百万平方米的大盘、超大盘却越来越多了。就目前京城楼市的推盘状态,专家预言京城地产的“造城时代”已经到来。据统计,未来中国发展至少在20年内,主旋律以城市化为主,其城市化率将可能达到60%,近4亿人口将要城市化,目前则还有25%的发展空间。在这个背景下,城市的运营和配套就显得格外重要。
