今年以来,厦门市湖里区人社局牢固树立执政为民思想,以“创业助推发展、就业保障民生”为切入点,实施精细化服务,把就业创业工作做实做细,推行了“112”就业创业服务工作模式。即对全区失业人员、高校毕业生每年上门走访1次以上,对有培训意愿的人员每年安排1种以上技能培训,对有就业创业意愿的人员进行2次以上岗位推荐及创业扶持。截至10月底,湖里全区失业人员就业、城镇困难对象再就业、失业人员再就业培训、劳动技能提升培训等4项指标均完成年度任务的100%以上。

That is, unemployed people and college graduates of the whole district visit home more than one time a year, arrange more than one skill training for those who have the training intention, and give more than two job recommendation and start-up support to those who have the intention of employment and entrepreneurship. By the end of October, four indicators of employment of unemployed people in the entire area of the lake, reemployment of urban residents in difficulty, reemployment training for unemployed people, and training of labor skills all completed more than 100% of the annual tasks.
