预应力钢结构是钢结构发展的新途径,能节约大量钢材,已日渐为工程技术界所重视。然而,到目前为止,国内外已修建的这种新型结构为数不多,对于这种结构应如何正确地进行计算,尚存在着问题。作者探讨了应用极限状态计算公式设计预应力钢结构时,预加张力N_0、高强度钢丝索的弹性模数E_κ及其偏心距e的变动对结构承载能力的影响。并建议在计算公式中引入张拉准确系数n_T、钢丝索偏心影响系数c及钢丝束变形性质影响系数k′,来考虑这种结构的工作特征。得计算的极限状态计算公式:Σ■P~■n≤mφckk′R~■。根据分析结果,并对这些系数的具体采用数值,提出了初步建议。
The prestressed steel structure is a new approach for the development of steel structures, and it can save a large amount of steel. It has been increasingly valued by the engineering and technology community. However, so far, there are only a few of the new structures that have been built at home and abroad. There are still problems with how this structure should be properly calculated. The authors discussed the influence of the pretensioning N_0, the elastic modulus E_κ of the high-strength wire rope and the eccentricity e on the structural load-carrying capacity when designing the prestressed steel structure using the limit state calculation formula. It is also suggested to introduce the tension accuracy factor n_T, the wire rope eccentricity influence coefficient c, and the wire bundle deformation property influence factor k′ in the calculation formula to consider the working characteristics of this structure. The calculated limit state calculation formula: Σ■ P~■n ≤ mφckk′R~■. Based on the results of the analysis and the specific adoption of numerical values for these coefficients, preliminary recommendations are made.
