我们常说“细节决定成败”。在教育学生的过程中,每一位教师,尤其是班主任,关注细节是成功秘诀。任何教育活动都是由一个一个的细节构成的。细节虽小,却能透射出教育的大理念、大智慧。要把学生的思想工作做到实处,必须从大处着眼,小处着手,关注细节,一个成功的班主任,一定是一个善于利用细节去感染、教育、管理学生的人。在多年的班主任工作经历中,笔者对此是深有体会的。
We often say “details determine success or failure.” In the process of educating students, every teacher, especially the teacher, paying attention to details is the secret of success. Any educational activity is made up of details one by one. Although the details are small, it can transmit the great idea of education and great wisdom. To make the students’ ideological work a reality, we must start from the big picture, start small and focus on the details. A successful teacher in charge must be a person who is good at using details to infect, educate and manage students. In many years of class teacher work experience, I have deep understanding of this.
