目的探讨低位直肠癌患者保肛手术中采用双吻合技术经腹行结肠-直肠吻合的应用价值。方法回顾分析黄山市人民医院自2006年1月-2008年12月,共56例低位直肠癌采用双吻合技术经腹行结肠-直肠吻合保肛术治疗的临床资料。肿瘤下缘距肛缘4～6 cm,平均5.2 cm。结果全组患者手术进程顺利,切缘均无肿瘤细胞残留,肛门控便功能满意,无手术死亡,3例术后出现吻合口瘘,经保守治疗痊愈;3例术后半年出现肿瘤复发。结论熟练掌握双吻合技术,使用吻合器能顺利完成低位直肠癌保肛手术,方法简单。
Objective To investigate the value of double anastomosis technique in the treatment of anal sphincter in patients with low rectal cancer through abdominal combined colorectal anastomosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of Huangshan City People’s Hospital from January 2006 -2008 in December, a total of 56 cases of low rectal cancer with double anastomosis techniques via the abdominal rectal anastomosis anal preservation of clinical data. The lower edge of the tumor from the anal margin 4 ~ 6 cm, an average of 5.2 cm. Results All the patients underwent the surgical procedure successfully. There were no residual tumor cells at the margins, satisfactory anal control and defecation, no operative death, 3 anastomotic fistulas after operation and recovered after conservative treatment. The tumor recurred in 3 cases after 6 months. Conclusions Skilled dual anastomosis techniques, the use of anastomosis can successfully complete the anorectal surgery for low rectal cancer, the method is simple.
