小鼠颌下腺的分泌颗粒中,含有多种生理活性物质,这些生理活性物质是介导雄激素及各种类固醇激素与甲状腺激素的调节而生成的。但是各种生药对唾液腺的作用机理尚不清楚。日本学者坂田俊夫等以隐睾小鼠模型研究生药对唾液腺,特别是对须下腺的药理作用,选择植物性生药人参、动物性生药鹿茸,以颌下腺中生理活性物质的变化为指标,对二者的药理作用进行了研究。田村明彦以隐睾及睾丸摘除小鼠模型,亦以颌下腺中生理活性物质的变化为指标,就人参对小鼠颌下腺的药理作用及作用机制进行了研究。
The secretory granules of the mouse submandibular gland contain a variety of physiologically active substances that are mediated by the regulation of androgens and various steroid hormones and thyroid hormones. However, the mechanism of action of various crude drugs on salivary glands remains unclear. Japanese scholars such as Shinta Toshio and others used the pharmacological effect of the cryptorchidism mouse model on the salivary glands, especially the submandibular glands, to select plant-based crude drugs, ginseng and animal crude drug antler, and to use the changes of physiologically active substances in the submandibular gland as indicators. The pharmacological effects were studied. Tamura Akihiko took cryptorchidism and testicular enucleation in a mouse model, and also used the changes in physiologically active substances in the submandibular gland as indicators to investigate the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of ginseng on submandibular glands in mice.
