1、国内动物防疫的法律法规主要有哪些? 我国动物防疫工作法律和行政规章主要有: 一是《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》; 二是《全国高致病性禽流感应急预案》; 三是《高致病性禽流感疫情处置技术规范(试行)》、《兽医实验室生物安全管理规范》、《动物免疫标识管理办法》、《动物防疫条件审核管理办法》和《动物检疫管理办法》等。
