任何一个行业的发展都离不开政策支持,适时、到位的政策往往能给企业带来机遇,荡开的涟漪更可能使整个行业因此兴旺。然而政策的制定者没有精力去了解所有行业和企业,以宏观形势为依据出台的政策有时可能偏离行业人的需要。国家已经出台了一系列扶持纺织行业或与纺织行业发展密切相关的政策,但是,企业的感觉是,这些实惠并未落到自己头上。
