目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中转化生长因子 β1及其Ⅰ、Ⅱ型受体的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组化LDP法对 6 2例乳腺癌 ,15例正常乳腺组织 ,2 6例乳腺增生症及 33例乳腺良性肿瘤进行TGFβ1、TβR Ⅰ和TβR |Ⅱ检测。 结果 乳腺癌中TGFβ1阳性率高于其他 3组 ,TβR Ⅰ及TβR Ⅱ在乳腺癌中阳性率较正常乳腺组织阳性率低 ;TGFβ1、TβR Ⅰ及TβR Ⅱ的表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤大小及组织学分型无关 ,而与有无淋巴结转移及术后 5年生存率有关 ;TGFβ1高表达及TβR Ⅰ、TβR Ⅱ阴性乳腺癌患者预后差。结论 检测TGFβ1、TβR Ⅰ及TβR Ⅱ的表达对认识乳腺癌的进展、转移趋势及预后有参考价值。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of transforming growth factor-β1 and its type I and type II receptors in breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical LDP method was used to detect TGFβ1, TβR I and TβR |II in 62 cases of breast cancer, 15 cases of normal breast tissue, 26 cases of breast hyperplasia and 33 cases of benign breast tumors. Results The positive rate of TGFβ1 in breast cancer was higher than that in other three groups. The positive rate of TβR I and TβR II in breast cancer was lower than that in normal breast tissue; the expression of TGFβ1, TβR I and TβR II was related to the age and tumor size of breast cancer patients. It was not related to histological type but related to lymph node metastasis and 5-year survival rate. The high expression of TGFβ1 and poor prognosis of TβR I and TβR II negative breast cancer patients. Conclusion Detecting the expression of TGFβ1, TβR I and TβR II is useful for understanding the progression, metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer.
