本课题旨在探讨过度训练对肝脏结构的影响。实验将42只大鼠随机分为两组:对照组(C组,n=7)和实验组(过度训练组,n=35)。让实验组大鼠负自身体重12%重量的砝码袋在人工泳道中游泳,分别在过度训练一天、三天、六天、十二天大鼠训练完毕及训练过程中出现过劳死时,立即断头处死,取混合血20ul,测定血乳酸值,另取混合血20ul,测定血红蛋白值,切取肝脏在光、电镜下观察其结构改变。实验结果表明:过度训练使肝组织和细胞受到损伤,主要为中等度的损伤,这可能与肝脏的适应代偿能力有关。
This topic aims to explore the effect of over-training on liver structure. In the experiment, 42 rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group (C group, n = 7) and experimental group (over training group, n = 35). Rats in experimental group were challenged by artificial weight with a weight of 12% by weight. During over training one day, three days, six days and twelve days after training, Immediately decapitated, take mixed blood 20ul, determination of blood lactate value, the other mixed blood 20ul, hemoglobin value was measured, the liver was cut under light and electron microscopy to observe its structural changes. The experimental results showed that over-training damaged the liver tissue and the cells mainly for moderate damage, which may be related to the compensatory capacity of the liver.
